Customers would like to have the possibility to select all contacts, without selecting every page to execute bulk actions.

When a “select all” checkbox lives along with a pagination system, the selection is expected to affect only the visible page.
If the select all checkbox selects all pages, the user would loose the possibility to deselect one page or more pages.

Using a dropdown with an 2 options, “select all” and “select visible” .

With “all contacts” selected…

Then we can deselect the visible contacts 
or all.
